ex-NGC MS-63, label as shown included with the coin - I have no problem with that stated grade and it certainly should re-grade at that level if anyone bothers to send it in. Almost certainly an ex-GSA coin, both since that is where almost all of these came from, as well as the light rim toning which seems typical of many '85-CC's I see in GSA hard holders. Please note that due to value this will require shipping with Signature Confirmation, hence the S&H shown. I commonly ship Express Mail at this value level, at my added expense.
