Discovered by Leonard Hinckley, February 1974.
3 III2 1 - C3b (CC Tilted Left) I-2 R-4
Reverse C3b - Large V CC mint mark tilted left right C almost touches ribbon.

Comments:
1. Note: scratch in front of eye.

Additional Photos

The VAM-3 has normal date placement and is identified by the left tilted mintmark. The serif of the second C nearly touches the ribbon.
