This listing is for a scarcely seen 1890-CC GSA Morgan graded MS62 by NGC and is CAC approved with a green sticker. 

Frosty luster and sharply struck with minimal and certainly non-distracting contact marks

Comes with Original GSA Packaging including original box, COA with original GSA certification number. 

The only recent sale for a certified MS62, NGC or PCGS, was one that sold in February for $5550 and that was WITHOUT a CAC sticker.
