A 1922-D Lincoln Cent is Extremely Scarce to begin with when a SHARP STRIKE is present. Add on to that the Reverse Die Cracks at 11:00 & 2:00 o'clock and you have a RARE Coin. I have yet to find published research on this die crack variety; however, my experience tells me that less that 1 out 10 1922-D Cents have this die crack.
