All orders are shipped by USPS (United States Postal Service) and I will provide a shipment date which is the date USPS sends your order to an SCF (Sectional Sort Facility).  Orders are sent First Class (which does NOT include tracking or insurance) unless your order is or contains any of the following:  #1 more than six coins, #2 Exceeds $100 value.  #3 Your order contains coins larger than an American Silver Dollar or mint sets or proof sets.  #4 Your order contains supplies (this includes coins that are sold as a full or partial set in albums), mint sets, or proof sets.  Any one of these four factors gets mailed as USPS Ground Advantage or USPS First Class Package International if you live outside the U.S.A.  If your order is over $300.00 I provide insurance at no additional cost.  If you need an order sent as USPS Ground Advantage where none of the aforementioned four factors apply that will be an additional $7.00.  Insurance for orders under $300.00 will also be an additional charge based upon USPS rates.

I am not responsible for delayed, lost, misdirected, or stolen orders once I hand your order off to USPS and will not issue refunds in such circumstances.
