This is a 2013-P Jefferson nickel Major Trail Die with Wavy Steps. Trail Dies are unintentional recessed trails on the striking die that leave raised trails on coins. Because they repeat and are unintended, they're considered both a variety and error. The Major Trail Die classification is generally given because of the strength and number of trails. The Wavy Steps designation is added when there are trails in the steps. The trails on this coin match the variety, but are not of usual strength due to wear on the die. It's an unusual coin.
