This is a very neat 1911-D Lincoln Cent with a D over D west repunched mintmark. For starters this coin is a nice chocolate brown with a minimal amount of contact marks and is therefore strong for grade Vg-8. It may be hard to see in my pictures but I did try in three of them to bring you a close up of the "D" mintmark. First, look at the "D" himself and then if you look just west of the straight line which is part of the D but between his top and bottom serifs you can see the outline of another "D" which is secondary. This is a neat RPM (repunched mintmark) and you don't see very many RPM's on Lincolns minted before the 1930s.
