This is a special 1999 Susan B Anthony dollar proof coin. This proof coin was minted at the Philadelphia mint rather than the San Francisco Mint where most modern proof coins are struck. Only 750000 of these coins were produced - the lowest mintage of any Susan B. Anthony (SBA dollar). These come with their own collectors box and certificate of authenticity.
