Cancelled my order without a valid reason?

These coins were advertised as "uncirculated from mint roll". They have obvious scratches and just lack the shine and luster of an uncirculated coin. I ordered four coins total in 2 purchases. All four coins are "less" than uncirculated. The packaging for shipping was excellent and delivery was timely. Just not the coin condition I expected.
