This customer was told that shipping to Canada costs $15 and yet he still wanted his $10 item shipped without paying that shipping. It says on the front page of my store: Any international shipping (outside of the United States) will cost more than the shipping stated in each listing, so e-mail me to discuss any purchase that will need to be shipped internationally. Also, any international customer whose purchase is over $1,000 will be charged an additional 1.5% on his purchase to cover PayPal's additional fees for converting currency. Refunds will be given if the international customer did not know of this surcharge before purchasing and does not want to pay the additional 1.5% on his purchase. The shipping was not exorbitant. It's not feasible to purchase a $10 item and expect the seller to pay international shipping of $15 for it. If this customer had read the fine print, he would have known this. I sent him an e-mail about it and asked whether he wanted to cancel.
