Very positive experience. I actually purchased a coin from JosephMatson and, after completing the purchase, I realized that I had ordered the wrong version of the coin (I wanted a proof, his coin was uncirculated). I contacted the JosephMatson and explain what had happened and the order was canceled. JosephMatson could have shipped the coin and forced me to return it; however, he was understanding and canceled the order before shipping it. Will definitely look at JosephMatson list of items for sale in the future based on this experience.
