Contacted USA Coin Book Admin and they said my next move should be contacting Paypals buyers protection. Jumped through paypals hoops ending up with paypals sending messages to the seller and for me to give them time to respond. After 6 failed attempts at communication, paypals answer is give them time to respond. Have a sneaky suspicion that Paypals buyer protection is a myth.
