I left negative feedback for a coin company not very long ago, because that company has completely lost sight of the concept of customer service. THIS seller, however, certainly has not. I ordered an Ike dollar proof on July 22, received an apologetic email on July 25th explaining that the seller had been in the hospital and would get the coin out the next day, and I received it shortly thereafter - complete with an additional complimentary coin for the delayed delivery. I did not ask for it, and I certainly did not complain about slow delivery at all. Good communication, and good CUSTOMER SERVICE. And I still received those coins considerably faster than I did from that company which I left negative feedback for!
