Received my 5 piece proof set that was sent in a standard letter envelope which apparently went through the postal sorter machine with the case in pieces. The post office placed them in a cardboard envelope and marked it as received damaged. I sent a message via the messages page and have not heard back from the seller. I have no idea why this wasn't sent in a padded envelope like I get all my other coins. It is in unacceptable condition by any means.
