Seller did not deliver coin or answer any messages from me, USA Coin Book, or PayPal after over a month of attempting to resolve the issue. Thankfully, PayPal's buyer's protection is superb and I was able to secure a refund. Seems that I am the first buyer from this seller - or at least the first to leave feedback. Buyers beware....
