Made a small purchase on December 14th. After 9 days, I sent an inquiry since no coins arrived. Seller explained a personal difficulty, apologized and stated he would send them right away. I was understanding but then 7 days later (16 days total) I inquired again & seller stated he had shipped the coins. As of January 2nd, seller no longer seems to be logging into USACOINBOOK. I still haven't received anything but seller has my payment & has now stopped responding. Last Friday (January 6th) I sent a message requesting a refund and provided a timeline of actions I would take if this isn't resolved.
