STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER: I submitted an offer to this seller in July, he then replied and stated "he could not find the coins", so he gave me my money back, I was disappointed, but understanding. Soon after, he re-listed the same coins for sale, I figured he must have found the coins. I submitted another offer, which he never responded. I really wanted those vintages, so I just bought them at full price. I then figured he may have mistakenly accepted my offer, (which may have been too low), and just made up losing the coins so he could make money. Now, I received the coins, and THEY ARE NOT THE VINTAGES DESCRIBED IN HIS LISTING! I actually received a 1936, 1938 and 1949D, and I was expecting a 1936D, 1938S and a 1949 Washington Quarter. https://www.usacoinbook.com/item/3-low-mintage-quarters Seller only shows obverse pics on ALL listings, so you do not know what you are actually getting, trust me, stay away.
