We had a problem with the coins being lost in the mail. Joesph and I spoke and he promptly sent out another two coins and they were great. I had a long career in engineering and the only way to tell when someone will go above and beyond is when something goes wrong. This was not an issue on Joesph's part but he owned the issue and made sure that I was satisfied. I would highly recommend purchasing from him as I will in the future.
