I issued refund after buyer contacted me because of the length of time and no movement on the USPS tracking. I wouldn't pay for a shipping label with tracking (around $3) and not ship. Cannot control the shipment of the USPS, so it is my loss and I get 10 negatives.. That's what I get for trying to making it right, when it is the post office's loss in mail..
