Although the transaction was cancelled and refunded, it was PayPal that was at fault by placing a hold on the funds to this seller. I had paid with my PayPal balance, there was no reason for a hold. They even placed a 5 day hold on the refund. None of this was the fault of the seller. Thanky you Jay, and I am sorry if this caused you any problems.
