MY RETURN POLICY:

Unless stated otherwise in the ad--For general merchandise my guarantee is that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase or I will issue a full refund (less a 10% restocking fee).  I only ask that prior to purchase of any item that you request additional information or photos if you are not sure about the quality, grade, condition or any other issue. You must request a RA (return authorization) via email prior to return and you pay return postage! Return is limited to 7 days after date of receipt. For Coins, Tokens, and Currency I will offer a no questions asked, 30 day, money back guarantee (unless stated otherwise in main body of auction ad). You still have to pay the return postage and obtain a RA via email prior to return.  For coins, tokens and currency that are shipped in sealed containers must be returned unopened. This is a mandatory requirement of this return policy and will not be deviated from.  Any sign of tampering with the sealed coin/currency/token containers will void this return policy and a refund will not be issued. I will issue a refund in the manner that the original payment was made. Addendum:  Returns must include entire order. Additionally all items being returned must comply with afore mentioned terms and conditions. No discounts will be offered after completion of sale. RESTOCKING FEE: A 10% restocking fee is in effect for all returns!.  Please do not buy/bid if you do not agree with this return policy!
