This coin is a unique one-of-a-kind pattern coin which did not bear the Motto "IN GOD WE TRUST" above the eagle. Only one is known to exist and none of this type were issued for general circulation. It is thought that this coin originated as part of a set that included a "No Motto" silver half dollar and silver dollar. This coin is worth over $1 million.
