Not recommended as this buyer is a serious NON PAYMENT issue. I mailed him the coin and he says he didn't receive it. I told him to work with his local post office to get it delivered as it had not been returned to me and that I could not control the post office and make them do their job. Instead of dealing with his local post office he files a claim with Paypal cause that's the easy way out. I would not send him anything unless he pays you a surcharge for registered mail and for your time to wait in line at the window at the post office.
