1814 Capped Bust Half Dollar - Single Leaf
Another major variety is the 1814 Capped Bust Half Dollar with a single leaf on a branch under the eagle's wing. Typically there are two leaves (or double leaf) but this variety only has one leaf due to severe die lapping which was used to correct other die clashing problems.
